Eligibility

In order to be eligible to create a Learning Hub account, you must be a member of at least one of these groups:

Currently working with an agency that provides mental health, substance use and/or intellectual disability services to Philadelphia residents
Currently working toward obtaining or maintaining a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) or Community Recovery Specialist (CRS) certification
